TREATMENTS
I’m a degree qualified Sports Therapist and a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. I take great interest in each of my patients and carefully assess each individual's needs before working with them to create their optimum care package.
REHABILITATION
For when you're injured
We'll use a series of different exercises and techniques to speed up your recovery from injury and return you to your sport and normal daily activities.
SPORTS MASSAGE
For muscle recovery
I'll perform medium to deep tissue massage to aid in the recovery of your muscles after training and to help with rehabilitation.
FIRST AID COVER
Essential player welfare
I'm a rugby and football specialist for all age-groups. I provide pre- and post-game massage and strapping and I'm in my element on the side of the pitch providing immediate first aid and player assessment during the game.
KINESIO TAPING
To aid recovery
I'm qualified in Kinesio taping and use it to speed up recovery from injury.
